Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg's premier Permanent Recruitment firm, is partnering with our client to find a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support their property management operations. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with property managers and condominium managers, providing essential support for daily operations.
  • Handle inquiries from residents, suppliers, and board members, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Draft and distribute notices, reminders, and bulk correspondence using advanced document formatting tools.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring files are organized and up to date.
  • Manage accounts receivable, track payments, and issue reminders according to established policies.
  • Coordinate with service providers to schedule seasonal maintenance and follow up on outstanding work orders or quotes.
  • Prepare for and attend board meetings, recording detailed minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee scheduling and updates for on-call rotations and other operational requirements.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organizational standards.
Requirements:
  • +1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally in property management or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
  • Dependable and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office setting.
Rewards:
