- Collaborate closely with property managers and condominium managers, providing essential support for daily operations.
- Handle inquiries from residents, suppliers, and board members, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Draft and distribute notices, reminders, and bulk correspondence using advanced document formatting tools.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring files are organized and up to date.
- Manage accounts receivable, track payments, and issue reminders according to established policies.
- Coordinate with service providers to schedule seasonal maintenance and follow up on outstanding work orders or quotes.
- Prepare for and attend board meetings, recording detailed minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Oversee scheduling and updates for on-call rotations and other operational requirements.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organizational standards.
- +1 year of experience in an administrative role, ideally in property management or a related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
- Dependable and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office setting.
- Competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 based on experience.
