We are hiring Line Lead associates to start asap, based in Etobicoke, Ontario! Our client is a leading manufacturer in the Packaging industry.Location: Etobicoke, ONShift: Morning-8am- 4:30pm
Pay rate: 18-20/hrResponsibilities:

• Supervise and train all general labour personnel in the assembly of displays and other packaging.
• Maintain and follow GMP guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Continually observe and improve production efficiency
• Reconciliation of feeder stock and components at the end of each shift. Discrepancies to be reported to the Production Supervisor
• Foster and maintain open lines of communication
• Communicate any quality issues with the quality inspectors.
• Attention to detail is essential to ensure high quality products are delivered to the customer
• Capable to perform in a fast pace environment
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face.
• Works independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to multitask.

Requirements and Experience:

• High School Diploma required.
• One or more years' experience within the restoration industry is an asset
• Ability to carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to frequently standing, bending, and walking.
