The Productivity and Performance Metrics role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for organizational productivity, developing metrics, and driving sustained performance improvements. The Productivity and Performance Metrics role champions a culture of accountability and data driven decision-making to ensure that the organization meets its productivity and business goals.
Key Functions:
- Vision and Strategy: Define and champion the overarching vision for organizational productivity, developing strategies that align with business objectives and drive continuous and sustained performance improvement.
- Performance Oversight: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity effectively, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Cross-Organizational Leadership: Promote collaboration across departments, inspiring teams to adopt best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of KPI development and performance metrics and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and productivity measurement software.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in productivity management, performance analysis, or a similar role, with proven leadership experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and promoting a data-driven culture.
- The business may periodically request department support for special projects or areas with staff shortages. Employees may be asked to volunteer, which could result in changes to hours, location, and travel.
