Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, variance reports, and key performance metrics.
- Trend Identification: Analyze financial data to detect trends, uncover opportunities for cost savings, and identify potential risks to the business.
- Management Support: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management to aid in strategic decision-making and financial planning.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the company's financial performance, identifying deviations from forecasts and suggesting corrective actions.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with evolving financial regulations, industry trends, and market conditions that could impact the company's financial strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications: CPA or other relevant professional accounting qualifications preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis. Experience with a Big 4 firm is a significant advantage.
- Core Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles and financial modeling techniques.
- Analytical Expertise: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to senior management and non-financial stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
