Essential Functions:

• Coordinates with Sales and/or individual customer operation team members to understand customer needs related to the project (including quality, schedule, and cost issues) and our commitments to the customer.
• Provide specialized support for the sales process, including marketing research, design activities, and the completion/installation of prototypes.
• Participates in customer presentations and reviews concerning project plans and progress.
• Develops and implements a detailed plan to achieve project objectives and ensure excellent service to the customer.
• Coordinates with other project team members and outside resources to ensure project objectives are achieved (includes Sales, Art, Finance, Purchasing, engineering, design firms, consultants, construction site managers, installers, etc.).
• Assists with design and engineering elements as necessary. Assists with management of on-site construction and installation activities.
• Provides financial management of the account. Assists with pricing as required. Develops estimates, budgets, and forecasts. Reviews and approves expenses as they pertain to the project. Manages and tracks project costs to ensure budgets and forecasts are achieved or exceeded. Manages inventory at minimum levels. Helps ensure timely billing and provides information required for billing. Resolves billing disputes to maximize cash flow.
• Maintains an acute awareness of all aspects of the project. Reports on project status.
• Proactively anticipates and resolves potential problems. Troubleshoots and resolves issues that may arise during the project execution.
• Coordinates with Purchasing to ensure necessary sourcing and procurement activities to support the project. Participates in the identification and selection of outside vendors; monitors the performance of vendors to ensure requirements are met.
• Identifies future opportunities and helps achieve additional sales volume with the account.
• Provides support on other assignments and projects as required.
• Complies with all rules, policies, and procedures of Pattison Sign Group.

What We are Looking For:

• AS or BS in business, engineering or a construction-related field, equivalent work experience in construction-related project management or other people/asset management is preferred.
• 2-4 years professional work experience in project management is preferred.
• Knowledgeable of customer service and installation processes or experience in the following: forecasts, quotes, orders, installation, and billing.

• Strong technical skills in the following: Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Schedule+ or similar packages
• Strong skills in utilizing (or aptitude to learn) MACPAC or a similar business system (such as Goldmine, Site Management Workbench, or COPICS) EPICOR 10.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation; previous experience in customer service would be extremely helpful, ideally in a manufacturing business.
• Business maturity/acumen, confidence, and a high degree of personal motivation and energy (pro-active).
• Must provide strong leadership, written and oral communications, problem solving, and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate via telephone and e-mail with internal and external customers and others.
