Reporting
The Senior Manager of Sales reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations (Canada). Has responsibility for the MRO, Avionics and Engineering including those personnel with sales functions within those divisions.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid advice to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new potential external customers, establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationship with customers.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, high-value accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and customer base.
- Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate, monitor and follow up on invoicing activities as required.
- Provide quotations and conduct sales transactions in Quantum (internal program). Monitor and report day-to-day industry updates, events, and activities relevant to the company's market presence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess the aptitude to quickly understand our clients' business and operational activities and capabilities.

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the aviation industry.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, economics, or a related field is considered as an asset.
