• Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levelswhether theyre just starting or perfecting their skills.
• Working with the Aquatics Supervisor to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques.
• Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits.
• Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work.
• Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions to keep our team top-notch.
• Training new instructors on our curriculum so theyre ready to dive in.
• Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors.
