In the role of Nurse Practitioner, NP you will serve as the Most Responsible Provider (MRP) within a collaborative care team, covering a wide range of services including preventive care, maternity, acute illness, and chronic disease management.

You will work alongside family physicians, RNs, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Location:Family Medicine Clinics within Ladner and Tsawwassen, (South Delta), Greater Vancouver, BC

We seek candidates with current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with BCCNM, along with a minimum of four years of relevant clinical nursing experience.Salary Range:74.48/hr to 81.93/hr.
