This dual role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide detailed information about the products and services offered by Northern Patio and Sun Country.Position Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through the customization process.
• Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Knowledge of ordering supplies and inventory control of these items
• Adaptable to changing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment and prioritize tasks
• Positive and engaging individual who is relationship-driven and sets the energy of the team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; must maintain a professional manner and customer service mindset
• 2+ years work experience in sales or office administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• College degree in Business Administration or transferable skills related to the job role competencies
