- Process sales transactions and manage customer accounts.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and promotions.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Knowledge of ordering supplies and inventory control of these items
- Adaptable to changing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment and prioritize tasks
- Positive and engaging individual who is relationship-driven and sets the energy of the team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must maintain a professional manner and customer service mindset
- 2+ years work experience in sales or office administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- College degree in Business Administration or transferable skills related to the job role competencies
