Position OverviewWe are seeking and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate! This job is a front line, in-store position selling directly to our retail customers at our St. Catharines location. Responsibilities include determining customers' needs, showing the value of our products and helping the customer select and customize their products. Other duties would include customer follow up, delivery scheduling and general maintenance of showroom.Position Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them in identifying their furniture needs.
- Provide detailed information on products, including materials, dimensions, colors, and customization options.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and arranging delivery or pickup.
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom by arranging furniture displays and ensuring all items are tagged with accurate pricing and descriptions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including opening and closing routines.
- Must have weekend availability.
- Relevant retail experience is required
- Ability to learn a large amount of product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Ability to learn a complex POS system.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- A customer service attitude.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Willingness to learn and try new ideas.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment as well as some slow times.
