Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead operations and supervise workers on construction sites. As a critical point of reference for the team, you will play a key role in ensuring project completion.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate tasks in alignment with project priorities and plans.

· Allocate daily and general responsibilities to team members.

· Supervise and provide training to workers and tradespeople.

· Ensure adequate manpower and resource availability for project execution.

· Uphold safety standards and maintain compliance with quality control standards.

· Oversee the proper use of machinery and equipment on-site.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during projects.

· Report project progress, Operations Team, and Project Management Team.

Requirements

· Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a construction foreman running projects.

· At least 4 years of comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction procedures and equipment; and concrete restoration.

· Proven ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively execute projects from start to finish.

· Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and blueprints.

· Good physical condition with the stamina required for construction tasks.
