We are adding a Full-Time Office Manager to our Windsor packaging facility.

- General office management and administrative support
- Full-cycle bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial transactions, and general ledger updates
- Reconciliation of accounts and managing payroll, taxes, and deductions
- Processing accounts receivable/payable, preparing invoices, and bank deposits
- Managing vendor communications and payment processing
- Overseeing HR tasks, including payroll and employee compensation management
- Supporting ISO 9001 compliance by following applicable procedures
Requirements:
- College diploma in Business or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Sage (Simply Accounting) software
- Experience with ADP is an asset
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (AR/AP, taxes, payroll)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25lbs
