We are adding a Full-Time Office Manager to our Windsor packaging facility.

Responsibilities:
  • General office management and administrative support
  • Full-cycle bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial transactions, and general ledger updates
  • Reconciliation of accounts and managing payroll, taxes, and deductions
  • Processing accounts receivable/payable, preparing invoices, and bank deposits
  • Managing vendor communications and payment processing
  • Overseeing HR tasks, including payroll and employee compensation management
  • Supporting ISO 9001 compliance by following applicable procedures

Requirements:
  • College diploma in Business or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Sage (Simply Accounting) software
  • Experience with ADP is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (AR/AP, taxes, payroll)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
