O2E Brands is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our growing team! As part of the Communications department, you will coordinate key communications tools and resources, reporting for all communications initiatives and facilitate workflows of the team. You enjoy a fast-paced, challenging, and fun work environment that gives you the opportunity to grow with and lend your expertise to the success of an international organization.

Starting January 2025, all team members in Vancouver and Toronto will be required to work in-office every other week, for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). To support business priorities, core hours of attendance will be mandatory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these days.

A Day In The Life

• Coordinates key communications tools and resources including newsletters, editorial calendars and resource portals for our Franchise Partners
• Drafts communication content, coordinates approvals, and distributes to the audience
• Creates engaging content to bring important messages to life for our people and Franchise Partners
• Coordinates reporting for all communications initiatives
• Supports stakeholders with communication planning that helps progress the organization's goals and priorities

What You Bring To The Table

• Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple requests and deadlines
• Strong grammar and writing ability and attention to detail
• Experience with email newsletter platforms and web-publishing /content management systems
• Eager to create content appropriate for different communication channels
• Initiative to research and suggest improvements to enhance internal communications systems

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary $43,000-58,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
