Captura Hall is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to join our Halifax, NS office. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our communication strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and organizational goals. You will work closely with internal teams to create compelling content and coordinate key messaging across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support organizational goals.
• Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and reports.
• Coordinate communication campaigns and ensure timely dissemination of information.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone.
• Organize and manage events, including internal meetings and external engagements.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to improve strategies and outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
