Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our client, a quickly growing technology and office supplies company, is hiring two Account Managers to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Manager is responsible for generating new business by identifying profitable partnership opportunities in the Edmonton market and building relationships with key decision-makers in small to mid-sized organizations. This is an ideal position for individuals with previous sales experience who value an opportunity to earn a very high income while working a very flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective clients within your assigned territory
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, and other creative approaches.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients (usually C-suite or Director level)
  • Research companies and individuals prior to meetings to tailor your approach.
  • Ask discovery questions to understand client pain points and needs.
  • Present tailored solutions, showcasing products that support every step of a companys document lifecycle (e.g., printers, shredders, cloud storage).
  • Manage client relationships after closing deals, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client data, meeting notes, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system to track activity and progress.
  • Work within a designated geographical area, defined by postal codes, to build and manage your pipeline.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (Ideally B2B but B2C will also be considered)
  • Experience doing outbound marketing, like cold calling and creating email campaigns
  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new softwares quickly
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Must have a high school diploma
