Comfort Keepers is looking for Personal Support Workers (PSW) in the Grand Valley area to join our growing team. We are a leading in-home care provider for seniors and other adults that require a helping hand or companionship in their home. Shift is Friday's from 9am-12pm. Potential for additional shifts based on availability.

In this position you will provide support and assistance in community setting for private homecare. Join a growing family dedicated to providing companionship, personal care and other health care needs for individuals in their homes. Our Personal Support Workers provide exceptional in-home and companion experiences and assist with services detailed in our customized personal care service plans.

Job Requirements:

• Access to a cellular data enabled mobile phone
• Local to the Grand Valley area or willing to drive
• Must have a current Vulnerable Sector Police check (within past 6 months) or be willing to obtain one
• PSW certificate, DSW certificate, 2nd yr+ Canadian nursing student or are an IEN
• Current BLS/CPR
• Up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations per PHAC recommendations (or willing to obtain additional boosters)
• Willing to obtain seasonal influenza vaccination
