Full-time | Edmonton, AB | On-site

Your Impact

As a Junior Full-Stack Software Developer at Effortless Admin, you'll build and maintain the critical systems that connect our platform with major insurance carriers, specialty benefit providers, and HRIS/Payroll systems across Canada. You'll work alongside experienced developers to create robust integrations using our C#/.NET backend and React frontend, while utilizing Python for automation scripts.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain C# services for our core integration platform
• Create responsive user interfaces using React for data visualization and management
• Write Python scripts for automation and data processing tasks
• Work with both SQL Server and MongoDB databases
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and documentation

Technical Requirements

Essential

• 2+ years of software development experience in a production environment
• Solid understanding and experience with object-oriented programming principles
• Good working knowledge of C# and .NET framework
• Familiarity with JavaScript and React
• Experience with Python scripting
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Asana and Jira
