Job DescriptionAs a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your responsibilities include managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Salary:$15.50 - $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office events.
- Provide basic information about the company's services to visitors and callers.
- Monitor visitor logbooks and maintain records for office security.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
