Overview:

The Base Assembler builds the bases of AXYZ tables during the first stages of the manufacturing of the tables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble the table deck according to the drawing
• Install the rails and racks
• Install the Vinyl's on the completed Base
• Route the pneumatic and electrical cables based on the schematic and SOP
• Test the Manifold
• Assemble the Manifold as per the layout
• Test the table deck for errors and issues
• Operate the Panel router and wood worker machine as required
• Cut the T slots using the Elumatec SAW
• Deburr the cut parts
• Assembling options

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to operate power tools
• Mechanically inclined
• Manual Dexterity
• Ability to lift 25 lbs (12 kg)
• Quality focused and detail oriented
• Forklift Certification is a plus
