Talbot & Associates (T&A) is a bilingual Accounting Firm (CPA) founded in Manitoba that has been serving its clients since 1991. WHO YOU ARE:

• A warm and positive individual, who is intrinsically motivated and who demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An individual with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage tight deadlines.
• Someone with meticulous attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with both staff and clients.
• An individual who understands the importance of maintaining privacy and trust with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

WHAT YOULL BRING:

• The ability to learn quickly and accept feedback.
• A cheerful attitude and strong communication skills.
• Education in accounting or previous tax return preparation experience (considered an asset, but not required).
• Bilingual in French and English (considered an asset, but not required).
