SOUTHLAND is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for fully certified Journeyperson Mechanics - receive $500 following probation and the remainder after 6 months of continuous employment!

*Please note: Only licensed Journeyperson Mechanics will be eligible for the Hiring Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing maintenance/repair of school buses and highway coaches
• CVIP Inspections
• Respond to breakdowns
• Spring and winter maintenance

Requirements:

• Licensed Technician (Heavy Duty or Automotive); 3rd and 4th year Apprentices are also considered
• Clear Criminal Record
• CVIP (Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program) License
• Own hand tools
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
