Western Mazda is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our dealership. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling required and recommended services pertaining to customers vehicles and will take on the role of front-line customer relations for our service counter.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Greeting service customers and obtaining customer and vehicle data.
• Opening and closing work orders.
• Gathering and interpreting information on vehicle condition from the Service Technicians and communicating this information to customers.
• Advising customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufactures specifications, using Mazda maintenance menus.
• Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress, making appointments and returning phone messages promptly.
• Providing follow-up with customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to This Role:

• Customer service experience would be considered an asset.
• Must have valid driver's license and able to provide an acceptable drivers abstract.
• Previous work experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education considered an asset.
