We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the development and submission of proposals for engineering consulting projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

• Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and managing all proposal activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring timely submission.
• Review and edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and consistency.
• Coordinate proposal resources, including writers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure that all proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
• Provide training and guidance to proposal team members.
• Hold some decision-making authority regarding proposal strategies, resource allocation, and final content.
• Make critical decisions to ensure the proposal aligns with the company's goals and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the engineering consulting industry.
• Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management skills and the ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
