Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on leadership, and hands-on experience with key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of ~10 testers while performing hands-on testing. This role involves managing quality of applications end-end across the portfolio.

Must haves
- Solid understanding of end-end application development lifecycle and pitfalls
- Expertise in proactively identifying gaps in user stories and following through with test management processes.
- Leadership experience managing a team of ~10 testers.
- Hands-on with manual and automated testing tools and processes in service-oriented architecture.
- Hands-on with SQL and database testing (SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access).
- Proficient in project management practices.
- Solid experience in managing quality of large and complex technical portfolio
- Proficient in understanding of unit testing coverage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Use of AI in Software Testing
- Experience with Java, CURAM and Oracle
- Familiarity with AODA testing tools.

- Optimize and manage resources across the testing lifecycle.
- Plan, manage and lead the design and execution of test strategies, plans, scenarios.
- Coordinate test strategies with project managers and stakeholders.
- Establish proactive monitoring and application health dashboards and remain hands-on on granular details.
- Provide practical insights on testing and user stories during development phase.
- Incorporate AI and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
