Biiibo is a fast-growing start-up and market leader in the on-demand delivery service for construction materials and supplies space. Since our launch in early 2020, our team has grown from 10 employees to 90 in less than a year! With proven success in the industry and no limiting runway, we are growing exponentially and were looking for driven challenge-seekers to join our team!

This candidate must be comfortable working in our Vaughan office and available to work on Saturdays.

What is Expected:

  • Handle three main channels: Inbound, Chat and Emails for Biiibo's customers while maintaining an outstanding experience in every interaction.
  • Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting with professionalism in a timely manner.
  • Develop a deep expertise in how Biiibos processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcome.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting Biiibos products and services to each customer in an accurate and informative manner.
  • Able to determine customer needs to recommend the most appropriate solution(s) in a professional and timely manner.
  • Connect and build trust with customers to develop strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct client onboarding calls.
  • Meet sales, revenue targets, and new customer targets.
  • Identify high revenue accounts and establish seamless transitions in client relationships to account managers.

Do you have what it takes?

Aside from a positive can-do attitude, you'll need:

  • 1-2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
  • A University degree is an asset.
  • Proven success in customer service and/or a sales-oriented role within the construction industry is an asset.
  • Experience in data entry is required.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with customers.
  • Self-motivated, and self-directed. Capable of performing tasks with little to no supervision.
