About the Role:
This hybrid position offers the perfect blend of in-office collaboration (Tues/Wed/Thurs in Waterloo) and remote flexibility. You'll be the go-to person for administrative support, keeping everything organized and efficient, while having the chance to contribute to marketing and team-building initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage team calendars, vendor communications, and schedule meetings with precision.
- Coordinate employee vacations, conferences, events, and travel logistics.
- Assist with project documentation, including site documentation and locates.
- Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Contribute creatively to marketing, social media, newsletters, and employee recognition.
- Streamline processes and enhance team productivity.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Creativity and a knack for marketing, social media, and engagement tools like Canva or Kahoot.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new tools.

Details:
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Vacation: 2 weeks to start, plus 3 sick days and 2 personal days.
