About the Commercial Analytics & Reporting Manager Role
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, the Commercial Analytics & Reporting Manager will have Accountability for the Delivery of Integrated Commercial Reporting in support of support the Sales, Marketing & Canadian Leadership Teams and for the Development of Team Members. This role is an existing position.

- Actionable Individual Development Plans for Direct Reports
- Dashboards for the CLT | Sales Organization | Marketing Organization | Agency Brand Partners
- Scorecards for Sales Business Units | Key Account Banners | Marketing Business Units | Brands
- Commercial Data Feeds in Support of Planning Cycles including 5YP | Budget | LE | IBPs | Lockdowns
- Commercial Data Feeds in Support of WG&S Business Reviews (BPMs) | Agency Partner Business Reviews
- Commercial Data Feeds in Support of both Measurement and Evaluation of Commercial Activities and the Commercial Forecasting Process
- Commercial Data Tools in Support of Ad Hoc Information Mining
- Support the Marketing, Sales and Finance Departments with Ad-Hoc Analysis as required
- Management of Services from Third Party Information Services Vendors including the oversight of Data Warehouse Architecture/Maintenance and Data Integration from Internal and External sources
- Bi Weekly 1:1 Business Unit Performance Review Sessions withthe Commercial Operations Director
- Weekly 1:1 Project Review Sessions with Commercial Reporting Analyst

- Post Secondary Degree in Business Information Services
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership
- Hybrid Working Environment based in Oakville, Ontario
- Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
