We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.

As an Instructor in our Snow School departmentyouhelpcreate the energy and excitement around skiing and snowboarding, and are key todeveloping our guests' lifelong passion for winter sports. You play apivotalrole in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and fun learning environment for students
• Providehigh-quality instruction to guests in skiing and/or snowboarding
• Implement program and lesson requirements as per Brimacombe standards and protocol
• Attend sessions and clinics regularly, as required to improve skiing/riding and teaching skills
• Maintain excellent time management and verbal communication skills
• Interact professionally with management, staff, volunteers and guests
• Ensure high-levelcustomer service, consistent with Brimacombe standards
• Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed

Qualifications:

• 15 years of age or older
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Strong skier or snowboarder with CSIA, CASI or PSIC certification or equivalent ability level (to be tested in-house)
• Successful applicants 18+ years of age will be required to provide a successful Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search as a condition of employment

Hiring Timeline:
