About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Chief of Staff to be a force multiplier for our executive team. In this critical role, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the co-founders, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives and driving operational efficiency across the organization. You will have the opportunity to shape the company's direction and contribute to its rapid growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about making a real difference in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the co-founders to define and implement strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across all departments.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement processes to streamline operations, improve communication, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of progress and results
  • Decision Support: Conduct research and analysis to inform key decisions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating clear and consistent communication flow.
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the co-founders, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and execute effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • A passion for healthcare and a commitment to Amplifier Health's mission.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
