POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Manager is a critical role responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position is focused on maximizing revenue and profitability by understanding customer needs, aligning company solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. The Client Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a strategic partner to drive mutual growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, needs, and challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact for accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for Rapid Re-Image accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within account portfolio and present appropriate solutions, or services to meet customer needs.
  • Support with the negotiation and closing of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.

Customer Service and Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and concerns, taking a proactive approach to enhance customer satisfaction.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing accounts by upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing market intelligence and insights to internal teams.

Account Planning and Reporting:

  • Develop comprehensive account plans, outlining strategies and actions to grow revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and revenue forecasts for management review.

Relationship Building:

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning company solutions accordingly.

General:

  • Maintain all required documents and systems.
  • Acknowledge and act upon all emails within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other such related duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of related experience in an inside sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth in a B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer needs and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills, with a focus on providing value and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Exceptional punctuality and reliability.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • In Person First Workplace - approximately 1 day/week remote based on role requirements.
  • Ability to travel to meet with key clients and attend industry events as needed.
  • Required to remain stationary at desk for extended periods of time.
