They are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Paid Search Account Manager to join their dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing successful paid search campaigns and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

About the Role:

As a Senior Paid Search Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering performance-driven campaigns that help our clients outperform their competition. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to ensure our paid search strategies align with overall marketing goals and deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across platforms, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Oversee product feed management and optimization within Google and Bing Merchant Centres.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in paid search.
  • Mentor team members at all levels and contribute to departmental growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search management, with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Proven expertise in managing large budgets and driving ROI for clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with platforms and tools:
    • Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console.
    • SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, SimilarWeb).
  • Experience with product feed architecture and management.
  • Familiarity with bid management platforms (e.g., Kenshoo, Marin).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications.
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising and social media ad platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
    • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
    • Workflow efficiencies (e.g., Google Scripts).

  • Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, A/B Testing Tools.
  • Bid Management: Kenshoo, Marin, automated workflows.
