We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Producerfor a new Omnichannel squad at Greenpark. This is a dedicated role with the primary objective of maximising traffic and brand awareness for a new content production studio for a pharmaceutical company located in Toronto, Canada.

What youll do

  • Initial focus is to program emails in html (given copy/layout) or assemble emails using Knak - https://knak.com/ as a primary tool. This will involve the use of proprietary tools for which training will be provided.
  • Content management for companys Canada Email platforms ensuring alignment and coherence across brands
  • Working with local brand and cross-functional teams for the layout production and programming of emails and potentially occasional newsletters for healthcare professionals, including simple design and email layout, internal approval and omnichannel tagging Collaborative engagement with the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company Stakeholders, relevant Market
  • Innovation and Business Excellence teams and potentially Preferred Partner Suppliers on occasion
  • May participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand
  • Simple video and image editing and rapid refresh of existing materials: resize, updates, etc. (good to have)
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures and operational frameworks.

About you

  • Educational Background Graduate/Post-Graduate with preferably a Bachelors degree in a related design or advertising discipline, or in the areas of computer science or information systems
  • Has good interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Native oral and written fluency in English
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude, ability to learn, drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively, has natural project management and critical thinking skills along with cultural awareness to deliver successful global production supported by a multi-cultural team.

Technical skills:

  • Experience with digital channels
  • Project management understanding and practice
  • Email or digital design skills
  • Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards, including responsiveness to multiple devices and screen formats, readability, etc.
  • HTML, CSS, JS knowledge

Additional desired qualities

  • Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • French language skills (bilingual English/French)
