- Lead building envelope projects from initial design through construction completion.
- Conduct site investigations and building assessments of existing structures.
- Collaborate with engineering and architectural teams for seamless project execution.
- Manage construction contract administration, including submittal reviews and field inspections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture (Master's degree an asset).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in building science, engineering, or construction.
- Previous construction experience is considered an asset.
- Building Enclosure Rehabilitation Experience – Understanding of façade and envelope systems.
- Project Management Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving & Investigative Aptitude – Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose building performance issues.
- Collaboration & Teamwork – Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Communication Skills – Clear and professional communication, including technical writing and presentations.
- Work Ethic & Responsibility – Eager to take initiative and deliver high-quality results.
- Technical Skills – Ability to interpret data, drawings, and specifications to support project design and construction.
