We are looking for hardworking, dedicated students to take on a role as a full-time business owner this summer.

This model is unique to students who are wanting to gain entrepreneurial skills and take on business' day-to-day operations (sales, marketing, recruiting and production), while hiring and managing staff in the summer. This position has all the required training to take a student who has no business experience into a sales magician and entrepreneur.

This program is for students who will learn how to run a successful home service business. The coaches of this program have millions of dollars of sales experience and over 100+ successful students. The top students working alongside these coaches have sold upwards of $200,000 in the summer.

While no formal post-secondary education or work experience is required, experience managing others is considered an asset.

Required Qualifications:
  • Full-time access to a vehicle during the summer season

  • Valid drivers license

  • Student, or recent grad capable of taking on 40+ hour workweeks throughout the summer season

  • Coachability and willingness to learn

  • High school diploma

Pay Structure

A business owner will be trained and coached on how to sell a property maintenance job, price it, and produced it within the program and with coaches available. There is no set income, and our students on average make 30-40% profit on their projects with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the overall completion and quality of property maintenance and window cleaning projects

  2. Active participation in marketing & sales to build your client list

  3. Client communication and production scheduling

  4. Training, onboarding & managing employees

  5. Initiating and finishing jobs including:

    1. Picking up client payments

    2. Transporting materials such as ladders and worker materials

    3. Working with suppliers to place material orders

    4. Jobsite marketing efforts

  6. Manage day-to-day tasks

  7. Track profit and expenses through out completion of projects
