What You'll Do

• Lead & Coordinate: Train, supervise, and coordinate a team of workers, aiming to maximize facility efficiency and support sustainable practices.
• Resource Management: Plan and procure essential resources, including labor and materials, while adhering to budget requirements.
• Ensure Safety & Quality: Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work meets safety standards and environmental best practices.
• Maintain Precision Technology: Calibrate and maintain greenhouse equipment using Argus climate control technology to optimize growing conditions.
• Proactively Manage Issues: Plan routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and resolve any facility problems promptly to prevent downtime.

What We're Looking For

• Facilities Management Experience: 3+ years in a facilities management or maintenance role, ideally in an agricultural or production environment.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, basic plumbing, and construction methods, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of team management, conflict resolution, and the ability to inspire productivity and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on continual process improvement.
• Strong Communication: Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are an asset.
