Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Data Analyst to support critical analytics projects, with a focus on customer behavior, segmentation, and actionable insights. This role will involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive analytics projects related to customer segmentation, campaign performance, and email marketing effectiveness.
- Develop automated performance reports and dashboards in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma.
- Build and maintain monthly reports on customer health metrics, email file health, consent hygiene, and acquisition trends.
- Conduct segmentation analyses to identify high-priority customer cohorts for targeted engagement.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize CRM and email marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven use cases for personalized customer engagement.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and quality of all data insights and deliverables.
- Proven ability to generate actionable insights and drive business outcomes through data analysis.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on customer data practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Manager responsibilities:
- Day to day employee Management managing teams time, queries, administrative etc.
- Identification and promotion of high potentials and talent
- Regular management of direct reports - 1:1s, appraisals, learning/coaching plans defined
- Leadership to the team

Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization and popular cloud based data warehouse platforms such as (Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift)for report and dashboard development (or willingness to ramp up).
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis and predictive modeling.
- Bonus: Proficiency in R or Python and familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Years of Experience
- 6+ years in data analytics or a related field, with proven experience analyzing customer behavior and segmentation.
