Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on developing cutting-edge generative models and AI-driven applications, with a focus on designing and optimizing architectures for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP) and process generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and deep learning, a passion for generative technologies, and the ability to work across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers) for a variety of applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to build scalable AI systems and solutions.
- Optimize machine learning models for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into production systems.
- Experiment with novel architectures and techniques to enhance model performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and address product requirements and deliver high-quality AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to open-source projects or publications, as relevant.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML model development, with a focus on generative models.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, and transformers.
- Experience with LLM, Gen AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Llama, Perplexity
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) applications is a plus.
- Experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and common machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in research-driven AI roles or contributions to academic papers.
- Familiarity with large-scale datasets and distributed computing systems.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, meta-learning, or unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience with model interpretability and explainability.
