This is a Part time or Full time position with flexible hours working from our office in Hamilton.
Requirments
Ideally someone who has Customer Service Experience, Experience in Insurance/Financial Services, Excellent Phone skills, Experience with Microsoft, Excellent organizational and ability to Multi task. Abilty to obtain your OTL ( General Insurance LIcence ) within 1 month of hire date.
JOB PURPOSE
To assist Jennifer Book and the team with servicing their client base by delivering exception customer service, growing client base.
Job Responsibilies
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Assist clients with billing issues
- OTL licence required within 1 month of hire date
Serve clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products and help members and clients choose coverage
Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed
Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Compensation: $44,500/annually + Commission and Bonus
