Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
Feature Prioritization: Use data-driven methods to prioritize features and enhancements for maximum impact.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Project Management:
Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Monitoring Progress: Track project progress and performance using KPIs, reporting on status to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering products and projects on time and within scope.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
