Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead landscape construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, procurement, scheduling, and team performance while ensuring client satisfaction and safety compliance. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to directly impact project success and future bid accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for clients and build relationships with all stakeholders.
• Approve timesheets and ensure accurate tracking of work hours and project details.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and generate client invoices based on project milestones.
• Oversee RFIs, RFQs, CCNs, and CCOs.
• Track daily production rates and provide feedback to estimators for future bids.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure foremen have access to all necessary project information.
• Review vendor bills for accuracy and proper allocation.
• Conduct team performance assessments and provide on-site support.
• Enforce health and safety standards on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
• Experience leading crews and organizing projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts - CCDC
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office, including Office 365.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and prepare reports.
• LMN software experience is an asset.
• PMP Certification is an asset.
• Class 5 driver's license.
