General Accountability:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the end-to-end receiving and shipping process, as well as the overall monitoring process of incoming deliveries, replenishing stock, outgoing shipments and courier documentation. The Warehouse Associate provides support to the Operations team on daily activities assigned by the Supply Chain lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive Goods and scan waybills into ERP system
• Transfer items to stock or incoming inspection areas; after inspection complete put away items to stock

• Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies

• Physically Kit ERP JOBS and consume items in ERP
• Close ERP JOBS and receive finished assemblies into inventory
• Maintain inventory in Warehouses
• Monitor customer orders in ERP and ship product in ERP
• Physically ship products to international warehouses; prepare Customs paperwork for US and International shipments
• Assist with engineering shipments for product testing
• Operate Fork Lift
• Perform other duties/ special projects as assigned

Education and Certification:

• Post-Secondary degree / diploma or relevant work experience
• Diploma in logistics is an asset

Key Attributes (experience, skills and technical knowledge):

• 2+ years experience in warehouse operations
• Experience filling out waybills and international shipments
• NAFTA, Harmonized Tariff Code experience an asset
• Effective communicator in order to ensure effective customer service and support
• Excellent organization and time management skills required
• Shipping and receiving role and/or Manufacturing industry is preferred
• Fork Lift license an asset
• INFOR ERP knowledge is an asset
