NOVA RPM is seeking a qualified Construction Estimator Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project estimating and management. This full-time role involves initiating projects, securing permits, preparing tenders, and developing budgets, estimates, and construction schedules. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external construction teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, with close adherence to design integrity, feasibility, and cost management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from planning through completion, including budgeting and execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to meet project specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, quality work that meets deadlines and standards.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, high quality, on time and within budget.
• Conduct research and source potential projects to support business development.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary program or designation in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, including proven experience with project estimation and project management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with project management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
