We are seeking a Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Service Cloud V2 to become a part of our team. This position entails the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions tailored for Utilities customers. The preferred candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and functional understanding, enabling them to effectively support business processes and foster innovation.

Your experience you bring will include:

• MUST Have: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Utilities Industry.

• • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and Instance as Green Field to meet business requirements.

• • Define and modify Utilities Business Process in Retain and Distribution business areas

• • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications, including workflows, Reports, business rules, Extensions, Integrations, KUT fields and custom objects.

• • Integration: Define and help implementing integration and data flow to Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and third-party applications.

• • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and Instance as Green Field to meet business requirements.
