You'll Do:

• Maintain, sharpen and replace band saws and round saws in the sawmill
• Shape, swadging, re-toothing, tension and pound saws repeatedly each shift
• Change saws out during shift breaks

You have:

• Good technical skills
• Excellent safety record
• Above average interpersonal and communications skills
• Good leadership skills
• Hold Benchman Sawfiler Certification
