As a Customer Service Assistant, you will take on a multifaceted role where you will connect with customers, support our team of representatives, and contribute to the success of the organization. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a customer-focused mindset.


Customer Service Assistant responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating daily operations by managing event schedules, organizing team meetings, and assisting senior management with key tasks.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide tailored recommendations and consistently deliver top-tier support.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and clearly communicating product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Overseeing sales activities from initiation to close, ensuring that every interaction contributes to the organization's growth and revenue goals.
  • Tracking team members' performance, delivering constructive feedback, and conducting regular reviews to foster professional development.
  • Escalating high-priority issues to the appropriate channels for quick and effective resolution.
  • Keeping senior management informed of team progress, challenges, and areas for improvement through regular updates.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
