Job Responsibilities
As a Contracting Plumber, you will:

• Perform various plumbing services, including but not limited to:
  • Toilet repairs and installations
  • Sink and faucet repairs or additions
  • Shower and bathtub repairs or installations
  • Showerhead replacements or upgrades
  • Dishwasher installations
  • Water heater installations or repairs
  • Leak detection and pipe repairs
  • Vent pipe repairs and maintenance
  • Supply line repositioning or replacements
  • Wax ring installation
  • Drain cleaning and unclogging
  • Outdoor hose bib installations or repairs
  • Garbage disposal repairs and replacements
  • Water pressure adjustments
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining project details and providing updates.
• Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Building Code and local plumbing regulations.
• Manage your schedule and prioritize tasks to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have:

• A valid Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) as a plumber in Ontario.
• A current Plumbing License with the City of Toronto.
• Compliance with the Ontario Building Code and all local plumbing regulations.
• Valid WSIB coverage or equivalent insurance.
• A minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience in residential projects.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Your own tools and reliable transportation.
• The ability to provide a clear criminal background check.
