Essential Functions: What you'll do:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead your North American team to develop and implement a comprehensive project management methodology aligned with Pattison ID's best practices and company goals. This methodology will ensure successful project delivery across all aspects, from client acquisition to final installation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Project Management to set strategic priorities for the project management function and ensure alignment with overall business objectives for all physical branding solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the vision and goals of the project management function, inspiring buy-in and commitment from the team for successful execution of integrated projects.
  • Create a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel empowered and valued for their contributions.

Project Management Operations:

  • Lead a team of team leads, project managers and coordinators, providing coaching, mentorship, and ensuring they have the resources and skills to deliver projects successfully across North America.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle for all branding projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools (new workflow tool, epattison, PT) and technologies to streamline processes and improve project visibility for all the teams across the organization.
  • Proactively forecast resource needs and ensure the availability of skilled personnel, tools, and materials to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and effectively apply them to manage all projects.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations across all aspects of projects.
  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new branding projects (onboarding, change in scopes, etc.).
  • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear communication and timely updates on all aspects of the branding project directly to the customer yourself, through the team or if an escalation is needed.
  • Possess a deep understanding of what constitutes a delightful customer experience (Pattison ID promise) and actively implement strategies to exceed client expectations.

Project Delivery & Performance:

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time (per customer requirements and SLAs), within budget, and meet all quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
  • Track key project performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project health to stakeholders (includes resource planning, backlog, on time delivery, etc).
  • Utilize excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making to navigate challenges and ensure positive customer outcomes.

Qualifications: What you'll need to be successful

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field or 5-7 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional: Certification preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Project Management tools and ERP
  • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrates strong leadership by effectively guiding and motivating project team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Communication Skills: strong written and oral communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interaction with clients, team members, and executives. Proven ability to present complex information in a digestible way and tailor communication to diverse audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting all deadlines.
  • Adaptable Problem Solver with a Positive Attitude: Demonstrates resilience in overcoming challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring project success under pressure.
  • Customer Focus Approach: Strong commitment to client satisfaction, consistently aligning project deliverable with client needs and business objectives to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively within cross- functional teams, contributing to a cooperative work environment and driving collaboration towards share goals.

Desired Outcomes:

  • Customer Experience Score Increase by 0.5 (on 10), on time delivery (Install or Supply)
  • Closeouts for Week, accruals & invoicing / Week, $/PM Resource Increased by 10%
  • Resource Planning, Employee Experience Score at eNPS pf 30

  • Travel may be required, up to 5%.
