The Position:
Summit Search Grouphas partnered with our growing client on the recruitment of their next Regional Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional with a passion for people development and business success. As a Regional Manager, you will oversee a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and outstanding service. Your ability to lead by example, mentor others, and drive results will make you a vital part of the companys growth and success.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 58 locations, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet both financial and client service goals. You will be instrumental in implementing strategies, coaching team members, and promoting a positive environment where your teams and clients feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, delegate, and communicate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations across all locations. Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to meet goals.
- Coach staff to improve sales and meet targets. Promote storage solutions and additional services like packing and moving supplies to maximize revenue.
- Network with local businesses and organizations through events like Chamber of Commerce activities. Stay updated on market trends and competition to maintain a strong competitive edge.
- Ensure clients receive excellent service, from leasing storage spaces to addressing ongoing needs. Maintain clean, welcoming properties to enhance client experience.
- Handle payments, update client accounts, conduct inspections, and prepare reports to keep operations efficient and organized.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in sales/operations management, preferably in retail sales and customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use positive language to build strong client relationships.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and motivational abilities.
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
