Job SummaryReporting to the Administrator, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements sales and marketing plan with administrator
  • Plans and creates business development opportunities and executes community marketing initiatives
  • Attend community events and networking opportunities and conduct in services and presentations
  • Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
  • Conducts a minimum of 35 sales calls per week
  • Establishes working rapport with health care professionals, networking groups, and potential referral sources within a designated territory
  • Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals
  • Manages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities
  • Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness
  • Tracks all key marketing and sales metrics in pursuit of client targets

Qualifications
  • Computer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Has a vehicle with a valid drivers license and car insurance
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Has a sales & marketing background in homecare
