Who you are:

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will work 35 hours/week, Monday through Friday.

Job Expectations

  • Shows passion and enthusiasm about delivering positive experiences internally and externally
  • Strives to ensure our clients receive the best care through understanding and working diligently to meeting if not exceeding the customers needs
  • Exercising efficiency when using multiple computer programs and applications at the same time
  • To be an advocate for the client and as proactively as possible communicate important insurance solutions and coverages to our customers
  • Clearly explain coverage and limits to clients, discuss products to address needs and gaps in coverage areas
  • Receive incoming calls & emails and respond in a timely manner
    Build relationships with insurers and underwriters
  • Complete real-time quotes and policy changes on company partner portals
  • Promotes the company core values when interacting with clients and co-workers

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Mandatory RIBO Licensed required.
  • 3-5 years experience of Personal Lines customer service in a Brokerage
  • SigXP Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a paperless environment.
  • Must be open and adaptable to new technology.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to work within a team that fosters supportive work environments.
